Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed in the Selahi online store. By placing an order, you accept them. Please read them together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

Selahi, Bützenstrasse 17, 8185 Winkel, Switzerland, info@selahiwear.com ("we", "us").

2. Your order and our contract

The pieces in our store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email; that is when the contract is made. We may decline an order, for example if a price was obviously wrong or a piece can't be made; you then pay nothing, or get back anything you already paid.

Our store is for private customers. You must be at least 18, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Made to order

Every piece is made for you after you order it, by our print partners. Colors can look slightly different on screen than in fabric, and printed pieces can vary a little from one to the next. That is part of how they are made and is not a fault.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs, and any duties or taxes collected at checkout, are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and what happens if a parcel is lost are set out in our shipping policy. The delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees. The risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

6. Returns, cancellation and withdrawal

You can return pieces within 14 days of receiving them, as described in our refund policy. If you live in the European Union, this is also your statutory right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by telling us clearly, for example by email to info@selahiwear.com. The refund policy explains how returns and refunds work.

7. Faults and warranty

If a piece is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, we make you a new one or refund you, as set out in our refund policy. Your statutory warranty rights stay unaffected.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence or for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer protection law in your country stays unaffected.

9. Content and designs

The designs, images and texts in this store belong to Selahi or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written consent.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of that country, and you may bring a claim before the courts where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
